Return and warranty

Products purchased in the online store can be returned within 14 days.

Goods are returned if:

• Unused;
• Undamaged;
• Their packaging is intact.

Goods are not returned if:

• Delivered to order;
• Electrical and electronic goods.

Equipment repair and service

We provide warranty and post-warranty service of the supplied equipment. The repair is used in our workshop or at the customer's place. During the warranty period, the costs of transportation of the equipment or the arrival of the master are covered by the Buyer. We also repair and service equipment for blasting, sandblasting, painting, vibro-processing, metallization and compressed air from other suppliers and manufacturers.

Warranty conditions

This warranty applies to defects in the product (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment") that have become apparent within the specified period. This period is calculated from the purchase data entered by the selling company (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") in the sales document or transfer-acceptance deed.

This warranty applies to the free repair or replacement of defective parts, if the defects become apparent before the end of the warranty period and meet the other warranty conditions. Such repair or replacement does not extend the warranty for a longer period.

The mentioned warranty period does not apply to parts for which a different warranty period is indicated in the instructions.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the equipment, improper use, improper storage, dropping or breakage, improper maintenance, improper quality compressed air, frost, or otherwise violating the instructions for use.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to the exterior.

The warranty does not cover wearing parts and parts whose durability depends on the working conditions and materials used by customers.

Natural wear and tear of the equipment, caused by the intensity of work, which is not specified in the instructions, is not considered a warranty case.

Damages resulting from the use of (non-original) accessories, materials or parts other than those specified in the instructions, or damage caused by arbitrary changes or repairs to the design of the equipment, are not considered a warranty case.

Warranty service of the equipment is performed at the Seller. The costs related to the transportation of the equipment for warranty repair or the visit of the technician to the Buyer shall be covered by the Buyer. Warranty repair is carried out at the address: Šalteikiu str. 40B, Glaudėnai, Klaipėda district.

The warranty is issued in the name of the Buyer and is not valid for any other person or organization.

The seller for possible damage directly or indirectly caused by this equipment, if it occurred due to non-compliance with the instructions for use or due to the deliberate purchase or carelessness or actions of third parties.

Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any collateral, indirect, special, punitive damages or loss of revenue for breach of warranty terms or otherwise.

The warranty does not apply in these cases

Blasting and sandblasting equipment:

The warranty does not apply to wearing parts and parts whose service life depends on the working conditions and the materials used by customers: air cleaning filters, hoses, connectors, gaskets, any other parts that come into contact with abrasive new ones.

In the case of warranty, the ingress of moisture into the Equipment units from compressed air or other sources is not considered.

If the Buyer does not perform the periodic maintenance provided by the Equipment manufacturer.

Painting, puttying and plastering equipment:

The warranty does not apply to wearing parts and parts whose service life depends on the working conditions and materials used by customers: paint filters, rubber and high-pressure hoses, paint nozzles, grease nipples, cuffs, nozzle holders, any other parts that come into contact with the spray.

Improper, partial or non-cleaning of the liquid part of the Equipment from used materials is not considered a warranty case.

If the Buyer does not perform the periodic maintenance provided by the Equipment manufacturer.

Electrical equipment:

Use a messy power source, both stationary and mobile.

Failure to follow the instructions of the Equipment Manufacturer regarding the power source.

If the equipment was installed or started by persons without appropriate competence.

Use an incorrect or longer power cord.

Without unwinding the equipment's power supply and extension cord from the coil.

If the Buyer does not perform the periodic maintenance provided by the Equipment manufacturer.
